President & CEO
Michael Covington brings expertise in marketing and finance to his role at Covington Entertainment Group. He is also chairman of the Board and CEO of Bravura Supply Chain Finance. Covington is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he studied marketing.
Chief Technology Officer
With a natural aptitude for science, engineering and technology, working in tech is Jason Farrington’s true calling. He is a business consultant who spent much of his career working in customer ad support, product support and other capacities at leading companies in the tech industry, including Google, Meta and YouTube.
Chief Financial Officer
A three-time CEO/COO, Paren Knadjian has over twenty years of P&L executive management experience. Co-founder of two software technology firms, Knadjian is well versed in all aspects of company formation, operations, acquisitions and divestiture.
Chief Administrative Officer
Kimberly Morgan-Dade is president of KLMD Productions, producer of “Cooking with Chef Chekwa Vinice.” She has a master's degree from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
Chief Creative Officer
Chris Covington has done everything from directing short films to producing and directing content for Amazon. His sharp eye for creativity allows him to turn any vision into an extraordinary and unforgettable moment. Covington studied film and television at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he founded his production company, Optic Production.
General Counsel
Gary Burke is a partner in the law offices of Burke & Burke in Farmingdale, New York, where his specialties include real property, business, trusts and estates. He has represented corporate lenders including Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Reliance and Residential First. Burke has also represented multiple private, hard money and bridge lenders.
Similar to a bank’s loan review committee, Covington Entertainment Group’s Screenplay Review Committee examines each script for the essential entertainment elements that drive viewer engagement and grow the audience for all original content produced to stream on the Culture Entertainment Network.
